Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "lt444", "we", "us", "our" refers to lt444.io and the entity operating the platform.
• "Platform" means the lt444.io website, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any related services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spins, or other incentives awarded by lt444 subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of lt444.io, by creating an Account, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the lt444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered, contact support to request account closure.

Eligibility

Use of the lt444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. lt444 is strictly an adult platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been subject to a permanent self-exclusion request on the lt444 Platform.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the Account in a professional or commercial capacity for third-party gain.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

lt444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

Each eligible player may register only one Account on lt444.io. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile telephone number, and a unique password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. lt444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your password or from any unauthorised access to your Account. You must notify lt444 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lt444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. lt444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. lt444 does not charge fees on deposits, however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside of lt444's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. lt444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times for card-based methods may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. lt444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.

• lt444 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited onto the Platform must be used for genuine gaming purposes. lt444 reserves the right to close accounts and void balances where deposits are made without any genuine gaming activity.
• Any fees charged by lt444 in connection with withdrawals will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

lt444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page on lt444.io and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the relevant promotion.

Bonus Abuse: lt444 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any Player who is found to have abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic exploitation of low-variance games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the lt444 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game only.

Void Bets: lt444 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, data feed failures, market suspensions, or any event which is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. lt444 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be raised with lt444 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. lt444's decision on all game and bet disputes shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lt444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over lt444 or other players.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or stakes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a genuine deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for gaming purposes on the Platform.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

lt444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from within the Account dashboard at no cost.

Available responsible gaming tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time duration reminders; temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. Players who request permanent self-exclusion will have their Account closed and will not be permitted to re-register on lt444.io.

Intellectual Property

All content on the lt444 Platform, including but not limited to the lt444 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual elements, is the property of lt444 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any lt444 content without the express prior written consent of lt444.

Any game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to lt444 for delivery on the Platform. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable third-party licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lt444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

lt444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lt444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur. Where a Platform failure directly causes a financial loss to a Player during an active game round, lt444 will investigate the matter and apply a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable game rules.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited onto the Platform. lt444 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform where such activity is conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Data

lt444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lt444 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the lt444 Platform. Payment credentials are not stored on lt444 servers; all payment processing is handled by approved third-party payment service providers who maintain their own security standards.

lt444 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and fraud prevention services where lt444 is required to do so by law or in connection with the investigation of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

lt444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the service — lt444 will provide advance notice to Players via the registered contact information held on their Account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the revised Terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Players' rights, lt444 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the lt444 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law. lt444 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to lt444's customer support team via the contact details provided on the Platform. lt444 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Players are encouraged to use the informal resolution process before pursuing any other avenue.

Formal Complaints: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the lt444 complaints handling team. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response provided within 28 business days.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
